Damian to Perform in Snoop Dogg Charity Event

Snoop Dogg will return for the 2nd year to The Greek Theatre on October 25 with The Pussycat Dolls, Damian Marley and many more chart topping artists for a special benefit concert, supporting the Snoop Youth Football League.

The concert will benefit THE SNOOP YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE (SYFL), which is a youth football league aimed at kids who otherwise couldn't afford to play in other organized youth leagues. The league consists of five age divisions located in eight different chapters. The teams will compete in a seven game season followed by three weeks of playoffs. Kids will have to maintain strict academic requirements to remain eligible.

Damian's Europe Tour starts with 3 nights in London and features a special stop in Moscow, Russia. The US Summer Tour with Ben Harper starts August 10 in Phoenix, AZ.

Damian Marley to Guest on Extreme Makeover
Damian Marley will perform a special concert on Sunday’s episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.

In the episode, the makeover team helps a Jamaican-born man name Dustin Tainford, who is dying from cancer. The man’s wish is that his Florida home, which was damaged by Hurricane Wilma, will be fixed so that his family has a place to live.

Marley will perform for the family after the house is revealed. The special two-hour episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition airs this Sunday at 7 PM on ABC.
